When you buy UGC from us, you get full commercial rights as long as you protect our creators and avoid restricted categories. Here is exactly what is allowed and what is not.

You receive full commercial use

Non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual rights to use and edit the videos for your brand across paid and organic channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, email, and ads).

Prohibited uses

To protect the humans in the videos, you may not use the content for:

NSFW or adult content
Casinos, gambling, betting, or similar promotions
Anything that harms or misrepresents the creator's reputation
Training or fine-tuning AI models of any kind
Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing the raw files with third parties

Penalties for violations

Breaching any prohibited use (NSFW, gambling, AI training, reputational harm, or reselling) results in an immediate fine of $50,000 USD per violation, termination of the license, and potential legal action to protect our creators.

Delivery & revisions

Videos are shot by real humans; delivery times are estimates.
Minor revisions offered if the brief is not met.
Refunds only if we cannot deliver; otherwise handled case-by-case.

Ownership & license

You get a non-exclusive, perpetual license after payment.
Creators keep their likeness rights; protect their reputation.
We may revoke rights for prohibited uses or unpaid invoices.
